CENTRAL EUROPE 40ms in Datacenter Menu but in ranked match its 80-90

Respawn forgot about us or what? There hundred of players on different platforms asking to any info for traceroute to talk with ISP and nobody answers like WTF is that Respawn!? 
I suffer for 1.5 year of packets losses having best fiber-optic connection with gigabit internet and no other games bring me such pain as Apex latency issues. On other hand we cant even properly explain to our ISP of which route they must check because there SHT TONN of IPs in every match which somehow pings even USA servers !
NO SUPPORT AT ALL JUST BASIC AUTOANSWER WITH TROUBLESHOOTING THREAD
MY PC IS 4K $ WORTH AND ITS PERFECTLY FINE JUST GIVE ME DATA FOR MY ISP JESUS CHRIST
