Challenge completion issue

Hey I’m at trying to complete the Welcome challenges. I’ve been having this issue with multiple quest in the Assault class challenges like deal 300 aimed in and 100 hip fire. I’ve have done the quest because it shows in the middle of the game it shows that I’ve completed it then I got to lobby and it say 9/9 assault complete then I look again and now it says 9/11 complete.I go into a game and going to start the skirmisher class challenge none of the quests work so I finish the game to see my progress and the hip fire and aimed downed sights quest are reset back to 0. Can I please have some help.
