It's fixed? I still cant open it , the same problem here :(

Make sure every step was followed exactly as described :)
1. Double-check your command for any accidental spaces. Even one can be the culprit.
2. Run each command separately, pressing Enter after each one. Avoid pasting all the lines at once.
3. Always run CMD as Administrator (right-click Command Prompt → "Run as administrator"). Otherwise, commands may fail due to lack of permissions.
- If running as Administrator still doesn't work, It's possible that your user account on this PC doesn’t have full administrative privileges, even if you select "Run as administrator".
- Try using a different local account that is confirmed to be an Administrator.
