What is up with EA help, I have same issue but took a bit of time off and then started back up and was all working, comeback pass and was working on the challenges and it was fun till it was gone and all progress is gone, all of a sudden when i am halfway through it just disappeared from one day to the next. I click passes and it shows nothing besides battle pass and spotlight pass, and i dont own a spotlight pass. but no comeback challenges and no comeback pass option under passes.
I went to EA help and they said they see the issue and can fix it just need to transfer me to the tech team to get it fixed but then the person who they transferred me to had no idea what was going on and was not informed i was getting transferred, had to give all the basic info again and took forever again. They gave me no assurance or even a simple line that a team is working on it but yet after making me wait and wait and wait they tell me to post to the forum and just maybe you will get a response fix from the community manager. I had already done that but yet to get any sort of response. Those words "Just Maybe", very unprofessional. If they are not going to help, they could at least tell us that they sent it to the dev team or something, I have never in my life seen this level of pure ignorance from a help center. |
Been playing this game since it came out and put a lot of money into it, i took a little time off and come back to a ruined game, not only that issue but i bought some expensive retro apex packs and the packs were supposed to give me items that were part of that pack but it did not and i went to help for that too, 2 hours and they gave me no help. They were able to ID that i did not get correct items but said wait for a response with a link to the community forum in general. Like what is going on, that link booted me from chat. 2 hours in a chat to only get the same run around and booted out. It does not seem anyone can help, or wants to help. The case for the packs says closed but i got no compensation but i really could care less at this point since i have a transcript of EA help acknowledging the issue and confirming the issue to take it to the bank to get my money back. I dont understand why the EA help team is so ignorant and unkind and not willing to help.
I own an online company, and i work heavily with an AI art company and i see and know how the inner workings work for customer service and this saddens me to see this low level of help. Not you directly but help chat. I have never dealt with you but they did say a community manager would be able to help and i am pretty sure that was a straight up lie. Please i need some help. I dont really want to have to use my last resort option with contacts at respawn to get this simple issue fixed.
