I am posting because this is not a small bug. During the Supersonic Event I purchased two 11500 Apex Coin bundles and fully completed the entire collection required to unlock the Death Duet Universal Melee. When I opened the final event pack at the exact moment the heirloom should have unlocked, an error occurred.
Result: Coins were deducted. The event shows 100% completion. Death Duet Universal Melee was NOT granted. Nothing unlocked. No delay. No compensation.
I am a student and this event required a large amount of money that I saved over a long period of time. Losing the main reward due to an error is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I contacted EA Support. They acknowledged this may be a system error and said the issue was forwarded internally. So far, there has been no fix, no heirloom shards, and no refund.
I am not asking for extra compensation. I only want what was promised for completing the event.
If this can happen in a paid collection event it seriously damages player trust. If anyone else experienced missing rewards during the Supersonic Event, please reply or upvote so this issue can receive proper visibility.
