Completed Supersonic Event. Paid in full. Heirloom never unlocked.

Just to clarify, I completed every step and paid in full. This is not user error. EA Support confirmed this is a system error. I hope this post reaches someone who can actually resolve it. Any updates from others who faced the same issue would be appreciated.
