[CONFIRMED BUG] Severe FPS Drops & CPU Bottleneck Since Season 27

Hello,

I am creating this report to detail a severe performance regression introduced with the Season 27 update. My game has gone from running perfectly to being nearly unplayable due to massive FPS drops.

The Problem:

Before Season 27: Stable 144 FPS in all scenarios.
After Season 27:
- Before jump from plane: 30-40 FPS
- In-Game Fights: 80-90 FPS with stutters
Key Finding: Monitoring shows a severe CPU bottleneck. My CPU usage is consistently at 80-100% while my GPU usage is significantly lower (around 30-50%). This imbalance is the direct cause of the FPS drops and did not exist before the update.

My System Specifications:

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F
GPU: [Your Exact GPU Model, e.g., NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti]

Exhaustive Troubleshooting Performed:
I have performed every conceivable troubleshooting step to rule out my own hardware and software. This includes:

Same problem I had 180fps locked before now its dropping like crazy if there is horizon ult nearby my fps drops to like 50... Also my gpu temperature increased by a lot without any usage increasing.

I have a similar problem, before the season 27 patch I've always played with capped 144fps in all game modes.
Now, after season 27 patch, the game runs at 144fps (most of the time, but there's FPS drops/lag/stutter that didn't happen before) in the firing range and Mixtape maps, but all BR maps have the mentioned issued, the FPS drops constantly to 100 ~~ 120 fps, with increased stutters and a feeling like the game is freezing.

I've tried playing in the lowest resolution available and the game still displays the same issue, as the others have mentioned above.
Servers have been awful these past months, but now the game is also not working properly. I've tried reinstalling drivers, Apex and anything that I could think of, but the problem still happens, so I just stopped playing the game until there's a proper solution.
Specs:
CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H
GPU: RTX 4060 (laptop)
RAM: 16GB
SSD
Playing at 1920x1200 or 2560x1600, both resolutions (and lower ones too) are displaying the same problem

Edit:
These past days the problem is worse, idk why, both game and server are presenting issues here
Also, other games are running fine, so this is a problem only in Apex

Same problem here is it driving me crazy.. My game used to be completely fine until a certain Apex update. There is many people online with the same issue. My game will start freezing after playing every once in a while, and then when it unfreezes I have a red symbol and my hits will not register. Apex is at 100% CPU most of the time. I have a i7-9700k and a 2070 super. I have seen people online suggest it is to do with the the realtek drivers and that the anti cheat keeps scanning it and spiking the CPU. I don't have any realtek drivers installed, I have checked under every single device in device manager as well as hidden items. I have tried wifi and ethernet and happens with both. I have verified the game cache, uninstalled and installed on another drive. I have uninstalled my gpu drivers with DDU and reinstalled them fresh. I also updated my OS to Windows 11 to see if that has any effect, but still no. Every other game I play on my machine is completely fine but Apex. Can this please be looked into it is killing me thank you

Same problem and I’m playing on Xbox series x this season has destroyed the playability I had absolutely no issues last season and haven’t been able to play without extreme rage apex is my favorite fps please dev team fix this!!!!
