This keeps popping up every time I try to log in I’ve tried everything apex saids to fix it and it doesn’t work and not just that anytime I actually get into the lobby it either saids I have to do the orientation matches again or when I click ready it saids party not ready even tho I’m the only one in the party so apex FIX THE * GAME

I have been trying to play for a very very long time but it has been almost half a year. I get many different messages like this profile is not permitted to play online, hardware/identity mismatches, and no servers found. I play on the Xbox series X and I have done many different things to trouble shoot it. I have cleared my alternate MAC address, deleted local saved data and the Xbox saved data for apex, I have restarted my Xbox, got an eithernet cable to see if it was a wireless network problem, I have removed a direct switch from the Xbox to my TV to see if there were any problems in the connection between my Xbox and TV, I have checked to see if I have any bans on my account, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to see if that would fix it. I have done everything that I can do to fix it. I know that it is not my side of things because I can run another game just fine at low ping experiencing zero problems. If I am lucky enough to get into a game of apex my ping is around 100 and I have very high packet loss. The way I know the glitch or whatever it is happened is because I either don’t see my name when I load into the game, I can’t get into the game to start because of no serves found, or it does not let me ready up and then it says I have to do the orientation match. In the end I always end up at the start up where I can change the server I play on with the message profile not permitted to play online, no servers found, or hardware/ identity mismatch. I have put a lot of money into this game and I just want to play it.

I have just read online that I could have been hacked and I should enable 2fa so I will do that and respond if it fixed my problems

First time getting on game it takes me to main home page where I see my character but my gamer tag almost never pops up and if I try to start game it says party not ready. If I then back out to main menu it says profile not permitted online. Sometimes it allows me to play a game or two max if my name and level pops up above my character but at the end of second game almost always immediately boots me to log in screen and says not permitted online. I need help with this it’s driving me crazy. Nothing I do fixes this. I’ve tried all the solutions on the other pages. Restarting game and console doesn’t work. I’ve never had this problem before until a couple weeks ago and now I’ve only been able to play maybe 5 games this whole ranked season it seems. Really ruining the fun and reason I downloaded it again. Mainly want to play ranked and now there’s no point in me having the game if I can’t play anything at all. Even firing range won’t let me queue up. Just says party not ready until I go to sign in screen where it says not permitted online. And just to be clear I’m not banned I’ve checked multiple times.

Exact same problem happening on series S. I’ve noticed switching to a different isp doesn’t give me this problem but those isps are worse and my friends on ps5  and ps4 don’t have this problem 

@Kvngkai15_ 2fa did not work but you can do it by going to ea.com and signing in. Then click account settings and go to security and click enable two factor authentication and fill out the rest
