I have been trying to play for a very very long time but it has been almost half a year. I get many different messages like this profile is not permitted to play online, hardware/identity mismatches, and no servers found. I play on the Xbox series X and I have done many different things to trouble shoot it. I have cleared my alternate MAC address, deleted local saved data and the Xbox saved data for apex, I have restarted my Xbox, got an eithernet cable to see if it was a wireless network problem, I have removed a direct switch from the Xbox to my TV to see if there were any problems in the connection between my Xbox and TV, I have checked to see if I have any bans on my account, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to see if that would fix it. I have done everything that I can do to fix it. I know that it is not my side of things because I can run another game just fine at low ping experiencing zero problems. If I am lucky enough to get into a game of apex my ping is around 100 and I have very high packet loss. The way I know the glitch or whatever it is happened is because I either don’t see my name when I load into the game, I can’t get into the game to start because of no serves found, or it does not let me ready up and then it says I have to do the orientation match. In the end I always end up at the start up where I can change the server I play on with the message profile not permitted to play online, no servers found, or hardware/ identity mismatch. I have put a lot of money into this game and I just want to play it.
Exact same problem happening on series S. I’ve noticed switching to a different isp doesn’t give me this problem but those isps are worse and my friends on ps5 and ps4 don’t have this problem
