Connection issues

Hello,

I am currently living in Germany, using a good ISP(Telekom), with their fastest internet speeds. My DL/UL speeds are great. The problem is in the game I typically get a ping anywhere from 12-40. Sometimes it's no big deal, other times the game stutters, like players skip around. Changing servers fixes it for a time, but then it always comes back. Using a VPN, the lowest ping I was able to get so far is 100, and some games were fine, others had packet loss and stuttering again. 

My pc specs are: i7-12700KF, 32 GB DDR5, 1500 W power supply, and an RTX 4070. My FPS sits between 140-160. 

I have updated drivers, running game as Admin, set priority to high. Not sure what else I can try, except trying other VPN locations. This is really frustrating; anyone have any ideas I haven't tried yet?

    I have similar hardware, I'm also from Germany and I can see the same problem. After reaching Master rank the game became unplayable for me. It feels like the enemies always have a higher ping and are always given preferential treatment. I'm dying even though I'm already in cover. My movements feel delayed. The slowdown effect in appropriate situations is much stronger and lasts longer than normal.

    This is the only game with such problems.
