That is exactly what I have since the release of this game. I feel like I am 1-2s behind what is actually going on. All this on different ISP, with lowest possible pings. 20ms, 30ms no packet loss and not red connection icons.
Only sometimes (at random?) I am able to "feel" like I am actually not behind and this is the only game I can actually even think about winning. It happens once in many games, it's like a token that respawn gives to certain players/teams that give them "special treatment".
Currently I am sitting on FTTH connection, on wire, lowest ping 20ms no packet loss and I can't even down certain players it's like my bullets do not do any damage - I see the numbers but it's just like they are not getting the actual damage.
I can't even count number of times when I sneak upon a player and put entire clip into the body - nothing, some damage numbers I see, then they turn to me and down me in a split second.
