I am getting this incredibly distracting and annoying flashing/flickering on edges of objects affected by lights, it seems.

I have tried an immense array of video changes both in-game and via the Nvidia Control Panel. Nothing has worked so far.
Does anyone know what specific setting is causing this and how I can fix it?
Maybe reverting to default setting for the card and the game? That's all I'm using with no issues. Apologies if this is not more helpful.
set ur antialiasing to high or run the game in higher resolution. it will hit the performance but it will stop doing that
Yep. Tried both. I think at this point I have literally tried every combination of in-game settings and nothing has made it go away.
And I've tried a ton of different Nvidia Control Panel settings as well - including resetting them to the default profile. I just can't find the culprit lol.

I also mostly play at max anti-aliasing. I have tried Enhanced, Overwrite, and Application Controlled. I also play at max resolution for my monitor (1440).
The video clip just happened to be when I was trying a bunch of low end option settings.
