Contacting support with empty penalty history
I’m trying to reach support via the web form but it doesn’t allow me to email them like stated in the instructions. Anyone know how to fix or get into contact with support?

Hey DerriBerri,
If you go into your penalty history, does it give you the option to start a dispute from there? Or are you getting an error?
EA_QueenBee there is no penalty history
Is there any other way to contact support?
It says I have no violations but when I try and que it says I’m banned, which I have never used any 3rd party software so idk what to do.

Hmm, it's odd that your penalty history is empty if you have a ban. Just to check, have you already made a large number of disputes in the past? Or if you play on a different platform (like Steam or PlayStation, for example), are you sure that they're linked to the same EA account that you're using to log in to the penalty history tool? You can check that here.
I have never made a ticket to support, and yes my steam account that I play on is linked to this ea account. I have no idea what to do. I’ve tried everything. I even launched the game on ea to make sure, but nothing shows up.

That's all very odd then, because it sounds like there might not be anything on our end regarding a ban at all. For my sake, could you share a screenshot of what you see when you boot Apex up?
