Sorry to hear that the game's been crashing, and cleaning your console didn't help.
Are you seeing a specific error message? If so, we can provide some more tailored troubleshooting steps. Otherwise, please try the following general crashing steps to see if there are any improvements:
- Unplug any devices from the USB slot
- Make sure your console is up to date
- Power cycle your device, waiting at least one minute in between
- Reinstall Apex Legends
- Restore game licenses in Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses
