Crashing to Desktop or BSOD on Apex Start

Question

I crash to desktop or get a BSOD when Apex completely loads.

This is on a new PC that has no problems on any other games I've tried so far.
Elden Ring, Borderlands 3, Dying Light 2, Call of Duty MW II.

I have tried repairing the game, reinstalling the game, and updating all my drivers.

Here is a DMP file from my most recent attempt to launch the game.

Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.

Some general troubleshooting steps:

Make sure all available Windows Updates and hardware driver updates are installed
Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

@EA_BarryI reformatted my PC and the BSOD is no longer happening, but the game still crashes when it finishes loading to the main menu.
