Crazy lag spikes while playing apex

Just FYI: had some issues similar to this - unstable ping, huge jitter (usually 0 or very close to that), dropping frames (from 200+ to 120) in Valorant.
Also tested my ping in various other servers - same thing, jitter, unusually high ping.
Maybe it was again something global or at least relevant for EMEA (if you are form Europe).
It was temporary from approx. 16:00-18:00 UTC+3.
