Credits Unbuyable through Steam even after doing so 3 days ago

Just for some basic knowledge I launch Apex through Steam. Previously I bought about half of the new collection event around 3 days ago using the 11k coin bundle. Today I added the funds the same as last time and when I go to authorize the purchase with the steam pop up window it does nothing exce3pt close the window. I'm no coins are loaded into the account, but I'm also not being charged so I'm just confused what is going on. Is it something with my Apex/EA account or is it a problem through Steam. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated as I want to finish the new collection event and use the Alter skin and heirloom. Thanks in advance!
