CRITICAL: PSN Progress Locked by Disabled EA Account. Need Recovery.
Hello Community Managers,
My Apex Legends PS4 progress is locked to an inaccessible EA Account: e5*****@disabled.ea.com. I cannot perform a password reset because the original email is deactivated.
I have contacted support multiple times. The agents confirm the account is disabled and offer only to unlink my PSN ID. I understand unlinking will permanently discard all my progress (levels, skins, achievements) because progress stays with the inaccessible EA Account
I am requesting an escalation to a Specialist or Supervisor authorized to perform an Account Recovery via manual identity verification (PSN ID, DOB, and PS Store Transaction IDs). I need the email on the disabled account changed to my active email so I can gain access and unify my progress for Cross Progression.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
