    I tried another fully installed game. Fortnite.

    I just had, after several games, the same error. Application is corrupted. 

    I would conclude that the problem is on my end. My PlayStation has problems.

With the recent patch version 2.78, the issue seems to have been solved. I have not encountered the problem again.
