I tried another fully installed game. Fortnite.
I just had, after several games, the same error. Application is corrupted.
I would conclude that the problem is on my end. My PlayStation has problems.

I finished a gaming session and turned off the console. Afterwards I came back to play and I couldn't launch the game because it said that the license wasn't agreed upon. I restarted the PlayStation and I was able to launch the game. It Immediately prompted that the save file was corrupted, and I needed to re-agree on the license privacy statement. I reconfigureed all my settings and was able to play some more.

Today, In the middle of a match, the corrupted message appeared. I deleted the game.

I am done for a while with your game cause you won't fix it.

It started last season as this thread proves it.

I had to delete every application off my PlayStation. Everything is corrupted. All my save files. Everything.

Fix your game.

After 6+ years of development your code should be very stable, not a hot mess.
