Cross Progression Confirmed - Discussion

I have been awaiting cross-progression for a long time now. As I'm excited for it finally being released, it does not come without concerns. 

Firstly, the FAQ states that the account with the higher level will be deemed the primary account. Also that stats and badges would not be merged, but rather one account's stats would be displayed across all platforms going forward. With this I have a bit of a problem, because my now primary account (PC) is a few levels behind my former account (PS4). I would appreciate an exception to this rule, as I've earned more badges on PC than I have on PS4. And I don't exactly have the time to sit down and grind just to level up.

Secondly, just for clarification ALL COSMETICS AND CURRENCIES will be merged across all platforms correct? By this, I mean if I have 200 Apex Coins on PS4 and 50 Apex coins on PC, would I then forth have 250 Apex coins on my account? Or would I just have the "primary account"'s balance. Same concept for cosmetics; would I keep all my gold skins from both platforms or just one?
