Complete Data Overwrite
Back like 3 years ago I would play apex on my ps4, but when I started playing on pc like 2ish years ago my data would not sync, no prompt or anything (and yes it's all linked, idk if it was caused by unllinking an relinking trying to fix it), today I tried again and even the ps4 now has my level 5 steam account (i was at least lvl 80+ had pathfinder heirloom and had spent money on skins).
I tried going through support but it was absolutely no help and felt like I was talking to a bot. Has anyone else had this happen and know a fix?

Sorry to hear you've had some ongoing issues getting all your progress to show up. It definitely has to do with the linking process you've mentioned.
Apex progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset.
If you previously had progress on PlayStation before you started playing on PC, you would need to log into the same EA account that was linked to your PS4 and use that EA account when launching Apex on PC. In this case, it looks like the opposite was done - the PS4 account was unlinked from its original EA account and moved to the current one instead.
That would result in just seeing the content on this EA account when you log in on PC, which is why you're seeing a level 5 Steam account when you sign in on PS4. The only way to try and fix this would be to relink your PSN account back to whichever EA account it was linked to when you made that initial progress. That's unfortunately not a guarantee the content would return as the process of unlinking can damage accounts in some cases, but it would be the best shot to try recovering access to what you had before.
If you're not sure which email was used or no longer have access to whichever account has that progress, it'd be best to get back in touch with the support team to try verifying and recovering an old account. Apex progress cannot be manually restored or transferred, but if any account details need to be updated so you can link the correct ones, that's the aspect support would be able to check into with you.
