I didn't get a crossplay prompt is there a way to do it manually, I use the same email on Xbox and Playstation

It's set to release in "waves" so you won't get it right away, it might take some time depending on issues they run into.
Also some people are speculating that it's actually said to release "November 2nd" whether it means the "full" release or just the waves nobody knows for sure.

Just arm yourself in patience!
