Hi, so i had one ea account that held my xbox apex details and another ea account that held my steam details, i unlinked my steam and added it to the xbox EA account - am i right in then assuming these will be merged and I'll get all my xbox things onto the pc account

note: i know unlinking got rid of my steam progress but i had nothing i wanted on there, just want my xbox things

So I just switched to PC, and I want to move all of my Apex data from my PS4 to my new computer. But I am worried that I will not be able to because I made my Apex EA account on October 28, and on the EA website it says that I will not be able to cross progress if my account is made after October 26. Can I get some help?
