I am one of those Apex players who are eagerly awaiting the cross-progression. I am writing here because I have a few questions about it. (The premise is that the Switch account and the Steam account are tied to the same EA account. And the Switch version account is the "primary account.")

Question #1: Regarding the Premium Battle Pass purchased on the Switch version of Apex.
I pre-purchased a Premium Battle Pass on the Switch version of Apex at the end of the previous season. If I move to the Steam version after the account merge, will I still be able to play with the Premium Tier?

Question #2: Has the first wave of cross-progression already started, I'm wondering because there are very few reports of it being applied on social media such as X.

Question #3: I understand that the cross-progression will be applied gradually, but in the meantime, is there any problem if I just continue to play the game as before and wait?

1# Yes, this shouldn't be a problem as it will simply merge your steam PC account with Switch one so no worries about battle pass.
2# Nobody expect Respawn and EA knows for sure, but me personally I haven't see a single person show actual proof they got it, there are some rumours that it's actually coming today somewhere around update time (So around 6 PM Central European Time for me). But like I said it's just rumours.
3# Nope, you can keep playing and nothing bad will happen. But keep in mind that if your PC Level is close to your Switch level, try not to level it up above your "Primary Account" level as that will automatically assume that this is your "main account"

  @Cyph6r101 Thank you! The account level for the Switch version is about 700 higher than the Steam version, so I don't think it will be that much of a problem.

    In addition to what @Cyph6r101 accurately mentioned, yes, Cross Progression has started to roll out to accounts. 🙂
    
    You'll see a notification in-game once this has completed for your account, but you're absolutely fine to continue playing in the meantime.

@EA_Mako Hello. I have an additional question regarding cross progression.
Currently, I am advancing my battle pass on the "primary account" while waiting for the cross progression.
When it is my turn for data integration, will the level of my Battle Pass at that point be carried over?
(We would appreciate your response when you have time.)
