Cross progression Stats + Heirloom pity timer

Hey @Jqmiez,

Thanks for the feedback about Cross Progression.

We wouldn't be able to address the reasoning behind decisions aside from what's covered in the blog post, but there's certainly a few edge cases not mentioned where we're happy to provide clarification.

Specifically regarding the heirloom pity timer you mentioned, this will use the value from your main account once the migration takes place.
