I saw a message when I opened Apex saying there's cross progression, I linked my xbox account to my pc because I wanted to transfer my items and cosmetics but nothing is showing up. I've tried multiple times to login and link them, but my cosmetics aren't transferring.

Did you unlink your Xbox from its original EA account to link it to a new one? Or is the issue that your PC progress isn't showing on your Xbox?
my xbox account originally was linked to my dads but it was my xbox account that is under my email that has all of my information and it’s the same email as my ea account
and i wanted to have all my items from xbox over to my pc
Community ManagerThe issue is that progress is stored on the EA account level, so by unlinking your Xbox to move it elsewhere your progress stayed behind. It's also pointed out in the disclaimer you get before you unlink your platform.
Unfortunately there's no way to move that progress to a new EA account. You can try relinking that Xbox back to get your progress on Xbox at least.
thank you for the help, that definitely sucks especially since i have stuff from when the game first came out and i had a bunch of skins i wanted to use on pc, unfortunate. thank you though
Do you know if Respawn will ever implement it where you can transfer items on apex trough different EA accounts? I just did this with my ps4 and pc acc and was wondering why it wasnt working.
AuraBl4ze It is not possible to transfer items between two different EA Accounts.
For your PS4 and PC Accounts to share the same Apex progress and data, your PS4 Account would need to be connected to the same EA Account used to play on PC.
If your PS4 Account is connected to a different EA Account, there's sadly no way to merge your two account's progress together.
