Did not receive Ultimate+ bonus content after upgrading from premium

Question

As the title says. I didn't get bonus content like the 8 packs, 1,200 crafting materials AND I didn't get refunded 950 apex coins for spending on the premium pass originally.

I purchased an ultimate+ upgrade from xbox for 50% off, it was on some sort of sale.

I got the other Ultimate+ stuff like skins and 10 levels.

I reached out to support and went through this matter thoroughly, gave them my digital proof of purchase too, they said they'll reach out to the team. They got back to me later telling me there's nothing they can do on their end and to just go make a forum post on this matter for attention...

LexaHex​ Did you by chance buy the one shown in the middle?

If you did, that isn't the full Ultimate+ pass, (its actually an upgrade from Ultimate to Ultimate+). The only solution that I know of would be to buy the Ultimate pass, (which is shown on the left), from the Xbox Store itself.
