LexaHex Did you by chance buy the one shown in the middle?
If you did, that isn't the full Ultimate+ pass, (its actually an upgrade from Ultimate to Ultimate+). The only solution that I know of would be to buy the Ultimate pass, (which is shown on the left), from the Xbox Store itself.
Yes I bought the middle one, that's extremely misleading and shouldn't even be available for purchase until you buy the regular ultimate.
Now I'm not even sure if I want to risk spending my money to potentially not even get my things back...
