Did not receive Ultimate+ bonus content after upgrading from premium

As the title says. I didn't get bonus content like the 8 packs, 1,200 crafting materials AND I didn't get refunded 950 apex coins for spending on the premium pass originally. I purchased an ultimate...

Yes I bought the middle one, that's extremely misleading and shouldn't even be available for purchase until you buy the regular ultimate.

Now I'm not even sure if I want to risk spending my money to potentially not even get my things back...
