DirectX launching issues

Hey! I just installed apex legends through steam and when I launch the game normally it gives this error 

And when I check my DirectX version through Dxdiag, my card does support DirectX12. And if I launch through DirectX 11, the game starts to initialize then shuts down, I even tried putting command in launch arguments but no success. Can you pls help me with this?
