The game crashes with an error ‘DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG I have clean installed the Nvidia driver and I have the latest version of the driver. I clean installed the Game Ready driver earlier and the crash was gone for a few days. There was then an update to the game via origin. I updated and the game now keeps crashing with the same error. I am at the end of my wits here. I am using Helios 300 with GTX 1660ti.

When you have the chance can you open up the NVIDIA control panel on your PC and check out your power options there? I've seen cases where having the power settings set too low there can cause some weird issues.
Let me know if that makes any difference at all.

Thank you for the update. I have selected to prefer maximum performance under power management, would that do the trick?

I just updated it now.
Just a little update, with these setting, I encountered the error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED moments after I joined the first game.
So these can't be it.

Would it be possible to try rolling back to an earlier driver to see if that makes any difference at all? These errors should have been fixed with a new driver earlier this year, but I'm wondering if it's started happening again on more recent drivers.
Let me know if installing a previous driver has any impact.

The weird thing is that these errors were occurring on RTX cards before and are now happening on GTX cards. I’m temporarily reduced to a gaming laptop with “only” a GTX1060 and getting these errors. OP has a 1660Ti, neither of which are RTX cards. I’m running the latest nvidia drivers.
