unfortunately, we cannot help with account bans here in the forum and have no access to account information, so can't even check out, what kind of ban it is.
What do you mean, that EA account emails aren't delivered? Have you contacted Support and appealed the ban there?
I've been trying for several days now. Could you make an exception and help me by re - reviewing the information regarding my account violation? I really need this account urgently. It's extremely important to me and the professional team I'm responsible for. I'm an analyst from China.
