Ea account can’t be linked

I linked to my gamer tag to my old EA account. I recently wanted to play Apex legends again so I signed into the gamer tag and it says I have to update my password for my EA account. I go to EA to update the password and I have no gamer tag linked to my EA account. I go to try to link my gamer tag which was linked to this EA account and it says I can’t do it because my gamer tag is linked to an account that ends in @ disabled so in other words, I will never be able to play on my main gamer tag ever again because it can’t be linked to another EA account and the account it’s currently linked to doesn’t exist
