EA is taking too long to rectify its flawed bans and TOS investigation system.

I was banned in mid-January after being accused of cheating, which I haven't nor never will do. I got an email 2 days later explaining why my account was banned. When I contacted EA they confirmed my IP and told me it was possible someone logged in elsewhere and cheated. So, I authenticated my account (considering I didn't even KNOW my account was compromised because I was never warned). I have been waiting since JANUARY to get my ban lifted. I have waited over 6 weeks. I have missed out on various in-game events. I keep contacting EA and all they say is they can't help me and I need to wait. I want to know why it is taking 6 WEEKS for EA to investigate my issue. It is becoming clear that EA doesn't care about its customers. I am so disappointed after being patient and waiting so long. What can I do in order to expedite this process?

TL;DR    It is has taken over 6 weeks and EA still hasn't investigated and lifted the wrongful ban of my account. I am getting tired of waiting.

    Hi @jenks305

It seems the Terms of Service are dealing with a large volume of cases right now which is impacting their response times. Reports from other players on the forum suggest the average response time is quite long at the moment. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to predict when you'll hear back from the Terms or Service team as a result. Once they have received your case and completed their investigation into the ban, they will reach out to you via email from this address: noreply@ea.com.
