EA support keep marking my case as fixed
got banned in April 1 (yes April fools day) and i dispute my case and explain my problem and hope they understand why i did it. But after my dispute a few sec later i got email saying they investigated my account and marked it as fixed and i was like i just posted my problem a few seconds ago how did you already investigate it so then i tell EA live support and they said they will dispute it surprised surprised after our chat ended a few seconds i received an email saying they done the investigation and mark my case as fixed
And i thought it was glitch or something so i waited a week after that my case got closed i tried to resume it but no option other than EA answer forum so i tried ea live chat again and same thing happens. Its been 2 weeks now since my first dispute and they still haven't investigate it. Its like a bot that automatically mark my case as fixed even though my very first dispute mark as fixed a few second after i dispute it.

These cases would be marked "Fixed" if our advisors have provided the correct information on multiple occasions and there's no alternative option to offer you.
You should be able to review your case replies on this page as well as via email, however once you've had multiple appeals declined by our Terms of Service team, this is no longer something that will be reviewed.
Ultimately there are only so many times they can review the same information while hoping to see a different outcome, so at this point that decision would be final and not something that will change, sorry.
