EA/Twitch link issue

Just asking about this before the next Apex Twitch drop.

Every time I go to collect the loot, it asks me to link my account - they are already linked; I only have the one EA account.. but it happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's infuriating. Have to confirm it 3-4 times, every time to get it to work - any ideas?

    That's really odd. It sounds like it possibly is an account issue. For that, try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

    Hey, sorry, was having major issues with the site - but yes, every time - I've only gotten 3 drop, but it's happened all three times, have to connect two-three times to get it to work
