Email Support Useless

How can I get customer support to actually respond and help me with an issue?

I gifted a friend 2 skins in Apex legends weeks ago, and they never arrived on his end. We’ve tried various troubleshooting steps like force closing the game, restarting the PS5, switching between different tabs in the game but nothing works. 

I have a case open with customer support, but they have been no help. Twice my case was closed and marked as fixed with zero communication. A few days ago I did get an email asking for some basic details like account ID’s… but still haven’t heard back. I also received another email suggesting I try to contact them via chat, but chat doesn’t appear to be an available support option when I try and do it.

This is so frustrating. I spent money on things that were never delivered and it’s impossible to get any help.

    Does your friend play on more than one platform? 

    If you need to speak with one of the chat support advisers, this got me to live chat:

    Then to speak with a chat adviser choose the appropiate options:

    Game eg Apex

    Platform eg Xbox1

    Topic eg Manage my account

    Issue eg manage payment details

    Recommended support option will be email or live chat at the bottom of the page.

    Then you can choose to begin a live chat.
    There may be some waiting time.
