Error: 327682:11 - Apex Legends

I'm getting the following error anytime Apex Legends updates (and then when I attempt to repair the file OR when I reinstall the game).

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327682:11."

I thought I managed to fix this by deleting both Origin AND the game (twice...) and reinstalling. It worked for a week. However, after the most recent update - a whopping 1MB - the error is back.

I've followed various troubleshooting advice on the forum and even deleted my non-Windows firewall, in case that was the culprit.

Thanks in advance for any help!

  • Hi @EA_Kent

Quick update: although I was getting a VC++ error message during Origin game repair, it turned out the game itself was working - EasyAntiCheat became the problem, running into its own error. I repaired that and now the game is running fine.

    Thanks for your help!

  • I have the exact same problem...

If anyone can help that would be appreciated 🙂

  • I'm sorry you're having the same issue (it's very annoying), but a little happier knowing I'm not the only one... maybe they'll pay attention to it!

    Hi @Fisher_Tath

It sounds like there may be something preventing the update from installing correctly. When you have the chance can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all?

For more details on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Let me know if that helps at all. Thanks!

  • Hi @EA_Kent

I did my normal reinstall, which worked until the latest update and I'm back to the same error - I ran Windows in safe mode and game file verification seemed to work, but then I got a VC++ package "not installed successfully" error. I've followed the EA advice (https://help.ea.com/en-ca/help/origin/origin/your-vc-runtime-package-has-not-installed-correctly-error-troubleshooting/) but so far that hasn't worked.

Thanks for any advice you can give me!

    Hey @Fisher_Tath

    Thanks for following up!

When you have a chance could you grab a DxDiag and share it with us here? For more information on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website

Once you have the file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

  • Hi @EA_Kent

Thanks for the quick response. I've attached the DxDiag.

Just something to note: when I tried running the redistributables myself (as per another EA Answers page), I got an error saying it couldn't be installed as there was already one installed. I wondered if that was the problem Origin was facing, so I manually deleted the most recent redistributable, booted into safe mode and tried again, but got the same problem.

    Cheers!
