Error code: shoe

Im a regular player of apex. All my friends love it as do I. What I don’t love is lagging so bad I get kicked out of every single mode I try to play, then being presented with the “error code: shoe” and then getting a 10 minute penalty. This problem has been going on for several days. I’ve tried everything to fix it. From restarting and unplugging my Xbox and WiFi router, to having to uninstall and reinstalling the game completely! Nothing has worked and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s a problem on EA’s end. I understand that you guys are busy with other things like the anti cheat stuff but pleaseee fix this!  I’ve even tried switching data centers with lowest ping. Nothing has worked! I originally use central data center and am from Minnesota. Please fix this apex!!
