Hey Sy4py, I found some similar reports of this specific error in the past; it has often been caused by active options or configurations on the modem/router that need to be disabled or changed to avoid interfering with the connection to the game servers. We don't have direct visibility into your configuration and active options to figure out exactly what it could be, though. You might need to check with the ISP directly if you can't identify which option needs to be disabled in your case. I appreciate you trying a few steps already, like switching to the Google DNS. Please also try the Open DNS, as suggested in this guide to troubleshoot your connection. I would also recommend that you close all overlays and other background applications on the PC using this guide; sometimes another program on the PC is causing the problem. Let us know how it goes.

It is impossible to connect to the game specifically for the ranked mode; all other modes are available as usual. This error happens 100 out of 100 times every day every hour every minute always.I didn't use any VPNs or other network settings, nothing changed. I've had this error since the beginning of the year.I tried to find a solution on the Internet.I restarted the router, made different DNS settings, and after that, no advice from the internet helped me get into the rank game. Looks like this is the reason I'll have to quit the game forever.

hi, about 70% of the time when I que up ranked with my firend, I end up getting kicked back to the menu while my friend ques up alone. This only happens in ranked. We are both platinum 1 PC playerson EU servers. Every other game mode works as it should. Why is this happening? - Last season everything worked fine. I undestand that there might be something wrong with my router's settings, but that wouldn't explain why the other game modes are working.

EA_Claus I don't think this is a router / modem issue. My ISP has confirmed everything looks good on their end. This also only happens on PC and has only started for me since the Aftershock event released. I play with the same internet on XBOX and have zero issues on Xbox which leads me to believe it has something to do with servers on Apex side of the spectrum. If it was an issue with my router configuration then I would be having the same issues getting into ranked matches on Xbox. All other game modes work just fine on PC, this only occurs for ranked.

SO i dont understand i getting issiju with playing ranked wildcard works fine
before its found a game and start loading in i get blacksrcreen and i know i dont get in a game then that error pop out.,
i know there are alot more people out there back even 4 years and i dont see no fix
i called my internert provider and i have wife router and its coneccted do my pc and i got static ip and if i am in game i have 60 ping and 0 packet losesse but i dont get it why its show up that stupid error code? and ea havent done anything? people wanna enjoy a game.
and cant even play and enjoy bequse of that error.
i have try everthing and nothing help change my lan cable restart my router change dns
manual and automatic closed all others app reboot pc almost. uninstall a game

and also that new update bugging a game getting weird pixels and stuff.
whats going on with that apex? i pay money for what?
i hope ea team lock in and fix they stuff get better servers or i dont know what the issue is
i hope every body who have same issue let me know or have anybody got anyfix or just quited a game bequse of that.

i wanna say i got a fix for it its bequse apex use 20ticket rate dont give low interent time. for me i got static ip and now i can play with out tap error. so ur interent just go missing like even 1 mmsec it will give u tap error bequse ur wife dont have time do resent and game think u lost or some thats why u getting a tap error. at least in my case. bequse tickrate is so low it wont give u any merchi if u lose 1 mm time

i re solve my problem bequse apex is running old enginge and tickerate is 20hz it wont give time wif to re sent missing stuff so u kinda need static or passive ip its need do be stable. now i dont have any issue but still there are others out there and people
