Hacked Account Banned - Need CM Escalation (Foreign IP Proof Available)

Hello Community Managers and Forum Staff,

My Apex Legends account was recently permanently banned due to cheating while compromised by an unauthorized third party accessing from foreign IPs (Hong Kong / China).

I reside in South Korea and have never used any third-party software. I have clear Steam login history logs showing foreign IP access during the ban timeframe.

I have already appealed through EA Help and submitted cases, but I keep receiving automated rejection emails without a proper manual log review.

I am requesting a Community Manager to escalate my case to the ToS team for a manual review of my IP logs. I am more than happy to provide my case numbers and the Steam login history screenshots if needed.
