How do I fix this ? it happens when I log in with my personal account.
Whenever I use another account on my ps5 it’s works
I’ve already restarted console, redownloaded and changed the language. What the heck is going on?

Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. You don’t seem to be alone, as there have been other reports of the same issue. This also happened a couple of years ago, and one workaround shared at the time was to temporarily switch the console language to English. If you’re open to it, that may be worth trying.
Is there going to be a fix or do we just have to work with it cause I spent money on the game recently and would love it back if I can’t use it in the game

Thanks for testing. As EA_QueenBee mentioned, this has already been passed along to the studio, and we’ll share any updates here in the thread as soon as we have them.
I’ll go ahead and merge the post to keep everything in one place, which also makes it easier for the team to track affected accounts.
Maybe this is of help, it happened to me about a week ago, but it only effects one of the accounts on my Xbox (the same one connected to this ea account), about two days ago, all of the sudden it worked again, until i opened an apex pack, then it glitched out, now i again cannot play the game, seems like the apex pack triggered it!
