Error: Server Shutting Down - Fatal internal server error

Been stuck with this error when trying to login. Im on Xbox and its done this since last night. Ive force closed, reset, deleted saved data, uninstalled and even tried on a different device. 

Its acting like Im still in a lobby and its trying to reconnect me to it then throws this error. When trying to login on another device it says Im currently using a different device (the one where the game isn’t even installed). 

I tried resetting my EA password to force sign me out of the instance and have also tried working around loading me into the errored match by accepting Xbox invites to put me directly into a new lobby. Nothing has worked. 

(Looks like someone had this issue 3 months ago and no response)
