False Positive Ban：Client shows account banned, Penalty History empty

When launching Apex Legends on PC Steam, the game pops up "The game account in the client has been banned". I can log into EA website and EA App normally. However, the Penalty History page shows no ...

Hey YCacd​,

It's odd that your penalty history is completely empty if there's a ban on the account. I have a few questions, if that's ok:

  1. Do you play via the EA app, or via Steam?
  2. Have you already raised a number of appeals in the past?
