False Positive Ban：Client shows account banned, Penalty History empty

When launching Apex Legends on PC Steam, the game pops up "The game account in the client has been banned".

I can log into EA website and EA App normally. However, the Penalty History page shows no penalties at all.

I have never used cheats, macros or any third-party tools. This seems to be an EAC false restriction.

Please help check my account status and lift this limit. I will attach related screenshots.

I play Apex through Steam‑PC. I launch the game from Steam, and it will start the EA App automatically.

This is my very first appeal. I have never submitted any appeals for this account before.

There are zero entries on my penalty history page, yet I’m blocked from entering the game. I just got my first Heirloom on this account and I have made in‑game purchases. I really hope you can help me check this false‑positive restriction.
Please tell me what other information you may need.

Hey YCacd,

It's odd that your penalty history is completely empty if there's a ban on the account. I have a few questions, if that's ok:

Do you play via the EA app, or via Steam?

Have you already raised a number of appeals in the past?

I just got my first Heirloom after recharging. I have invested time and money into this account, so I sincerely hope this false restriction can be lifted and I can keep playing normally.
