Fatal Error - Engine error

Keep getting an error when trying to launch the game 
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Apex Legends\r5apex_dx12.exe" - steam - game R2
Fatal Error - Engine Error
[DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED] : 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is a design-time  issue that should be investigated  and fixed.
So far i have tried  Updating drivers and  verifying files through steam. Pc is a week old, no overclocks or undervolts and steam startup commands are empty.
