founder badge and starter badge
I transferred data from my PS4 to my Xbox Series X. However, the founder badge and starter badge that I had on PS4 disappeared during the data transfer.

Can you clarify what steps you took when you say you transferred data? Was that just linking your PSN account to the same EA account that had your Xbox account?
Certain exclusive content including founder/starter bundles does remain locked to the platform where it was received. Are you seeing that if you log back in on PS4?
"I just logged into the same EA account. Since my PS4 broke and I had to buy a new one, I can't check on the PS4."
