fps drop

I'm having an issue with my fps. I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 - 9750H and a NIVIDA Geforce RTX 2070 GDDR6.

What's happening, is that I boot up the game on my Laptop, and go into the firing range. It start out ok with about 150 fps and then a few seconds later it drops down to a constant 30. Once it drops down, it uses 15.5% of my cpu, 27.3% of my memory and 93% of my gpu. Does anyone know how I could fix this?

Have you checked your hardware temperatures to make sure your CPU and GPU aren't getting too hot? What you're describing sounds like throttling, which can happen when your PC temperatures get too high.
