fps drops and lag when alt tabbing

when i alt+tab than go back, my game is getting fried, it becomes barely playable, on other games it is usually like that for like 1-2 sec after the action then it goes back to normal but for some reason on apex, if i alt tab once and come back im forced to restart my entire pc for it to fix, this issue only happens when playing apex
